In Mud is a psychological fantasy about a man from the ground who makes a creation to represent an ideal version of himself.
I wrote, produced, directed, shot, and designed costumes for this short film project. Next, I will be editing, coloring, scoring, and creating the sound design for release later this spring.

In this Basic Cinematography assignment, the goal was to work with camera movement to create a seamless transition among multiple shots. This action sequence — shot on location — plays with the theme of deception, and took about a day and a half to shoot and edit.

Muerto! is a music video shot with natural light on location for the New Jersey rapper, NoPhiltr.
This first, unrefined edit was made start-to-finish in 24 hours.

In this scene produced for a Basic Cinematography class, an alien lands in an unfamiliar place and begins to explore his surroundings. Shot on location using natural light and completed in 1 day.

I also experimented with manipulating this video using the AI software Dall-E — prompting it to use an abstract alien landscape in which all objects are alive. This is the background hero video on the homepage of this website.

For this Basic Cinematography assignment, I re-created the cityscape around me on a symbolic, micro scale, and then showed its destruction. The was a quick hour-and-a-half assignment.
